      <description>I don't know if this is the right place to post this but i just really need help. i've been stuck on this screen for hours, my computer wouldn't let me start in safe mode (f8 spamming did not work) and im just frustrated and upset. only just got my computer back today from being serviced only to have this happen when it updated... can anybody give me a solution before i cry?</description>
