Thanks for the link. So there isn't way to indicate on my profile that it was stolen? I don't want to remove it because there is an active police report.

How do you report a stolen laptop? I've tried to do a Chat but it will not work. One of the laptops I have listed on my account was stolen 08.18.2014, I have a police report but just need to get the information to Acer.

Did you ever get an answer to your question? My laptop was stolen and I need to do this also. It is registered but I can't seem to get Chat to work today so I can get info.
