      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks IronFly,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You fixed the system restore for me and is now working.&lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt=":smileyhappy:" title="Smiley feliz" /&gt;&lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileyhappy" id="smileyhappy" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-happy.png" alt=":smileyhappy:" title="Smiley feliz" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problem with the desktop really did not only apply to the missing icons, they were more a symtom of the fault on all software that I attempted to run. It came about after I scanned with 'Regservo' which I would NEVER use again and would advise others to NEVER use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not keep going with a dud system so I had to resort to paying a tech to fix my problem, seems good now!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks again you get a Kudos from me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ChapChappie&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;THANKS IronFly I found shadow copy provder. it was stopped, I started it and put it on automatic. on sytem restore it still tels me that no restore points have been saved I will try a restart on computer now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks IronFly, There is no RUN at the start button, when I enter services.msc into the search box the whole area above it goes blank, I click on get more results and a fault comes up 'windows cannot find seach query'&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I was silly enough to scan with REGSERVO and since then very few things come up without a fault, most common one is&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;C:Windows\system32\config\systemprofile\desktop is unavailable.........or has been moved. System Restore is not working,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I look at system properties it is all greyed out fault 0x81000203 displays. Desperate ChapChappie&lt;/P&gt;</description>
