      <description>&lt;P&gt;so i got hit with a virus and i am trying to go back to factory defaults since i have no idea how to remove virus without paying for it- and when i try i get hit with the hard drive configuration not set to factory defaults- i go to f10 and there is only just tab to go to windows 7 so i am sure the virus has prevented me from resetting&lt;/P&gt;</description>
