Buying Aspire Blu-Ray drive + Question about installing OEM OS

I'm about to be the owner of the

Acer Aspire V3-772G-7448 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16834314594)

1) I heard there are 3 storage drive spots in this laptop. Is this true?

2) My budget didn't allow me to go a bit more expensive and this model didn't have a blu-ray drive. I know about external drives, but I was wondering if it was possible for me to buy the optical drive for this unit and install it myself or get my local computer shop to. I know it's possible for an Asus.

3) I'm a huge Linux fan (Debian to be specific), and I plan on dual-booting (tri-booting as soon as I get another SSD) my computer. However, installing Debian with uefi is annoying. The process would be to format the entire HDD, reinstall Windows then Linux after I change and change BIOS to Legacy.

I read the thing in the knowledge base, but it wasn't clear. If I format the HDD, how do I get the OEM version of Windows 8 back?
