Have you tried unscrewing the bottom casing to take a glimpse at what is going on inside your laptop, have you checked that both your fans are running properly? Also have you checked your task manager to see how much of your cpu is being utilized while "idle"?

Are the Acer S7-392 key caps removable?

I really don't have a need to remove my key caps just yet but, I was just curious if they are removable, Just for future reference

I guess 3 hours is not too bad, this is my first latop so i was just worried and, wanted to find out if this was normal. The acer s7 seems to have had alot of issues (from what i read on the internet) so i just want to make sure mines is running good with no issues.

Hello all,

I noticed that my acer s7 seems to start charging extremely when almost fully charged, so i noticed when it was at 30 percent it was charging at about 14k mW, now i am at 96 percent and charging at only 1k mW. Is this normal?

Hello everyone!

Im new here, just got my acer s7 392 couple of days ago, im enjoying it so far. The keyboard makes a little buzzing sound when lit, doesnt bother me too much, I think I can deal with that. Battery last me 6 hours doing regular task like surfing the web, watching youtube videos, checking email etc, 3 hours under extreme cpu/gpu intensive use, Is that normal so far? Also the topic of the thread, this bothers me a fair bit, It takes me around 3 hours to fully charge my laptop from about 5% to fully charge, Is that normal should it take that long?
