Please help chromebook states wifi signal out of range

I recently moved and my Chromebook keeps stating that the wifi signal is out of range when it is not. All my other devices have connected to the new username and password that I set up with my wifi modem. I have turned the modem on and off several times as well as the Chromebook. My thought was to do a factory reset. Does anyone have any other suggestions??

Thanks for your advice in advance.
