kinda have a similar problem with my Acer V5-572PG. It was never a problem to connect the notebook with a TV, Beamer etc. using HDMI, but its doesnt work anymore. I wasnt able to connect my notebook to any device by using HDMI anymore. It just doesnt work. I replaced the connection cable, used different cables, different devices...nothing works. The notebook does recogonize the different devices. even if I change the modus to "extern display" or "double display" nothing happends at all. The devices dont get any signal from the notebook. I really need help! Because this connection I need nearly every day! But I didnt get any answers yet. If you solve you problem it would be great if you let me know how...

Dear Acer, my Aspire V5-572PG always worked very well.
