      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thats why I've returned mine and gone for a different machine. Its a shame, but if something is faulty from the start then I'm not prepared to keep it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'd noticed the other thread, but as the title was wifi connection drops and that isn't actually whats happening here I started another.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As its obviously a fault with the machines I guess I'll send this one back to Amazon and go for a machine thats not made by Acer...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering if anyone else with the C720p is suffering from the same problem as me:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;When I switch on the machine connected to the mains it connects to wifi fine.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;When I switch on the machine running on battery power it doesn't connect to wifi. If I then close and open the screen it connects straight away.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;I'm now on the second machine from Amazon and both have the same problem. I've contacted Acer support and they don't appear to have a fix for it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;Before I send the machine back and get a Windows 8 machine instead, can anyone help me?!?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
