Acer Remote ios app

I just purchased a new Acer desktop, and I noticed that there's an "Acer Remote" control application installed and running on it. That application contains a QR code that links to an ios (iphone/ipad) App that can be used to remotely control the PC.

The QR code, though, sends me to the Taiwan App Store; since that's not my local App Store (which is the Canadian App store), Apple won't let me download the App from there.

Unfortunately, the Acer Remote app isn't listed on the Canadian App store, so I'm unable to download the app for my iPhone/iPad and therefore can't make use of the remote application. Are there plans of submitting the Acer Remote app to other ios App Stores (like that Canadian one)?
