Cooling pad

i Bought a cooling pad which is 1inch smaller than my notebook (V5-573G) IS it ok to use it with my notebook? will it cause problems?

8.1. All windows updates installed. Nothing changed.well now i cant charge it(it starts to charge but after a few seconds (3-4)stops

my Critical battery level is at 5% and Low Battery settings at 10%.Low batery actions -Do Nothing(both). But notebook shutsdown at 15% Why?(battery level moves from 15% to 5%(at once, when its at 15%)and shutsdown without any warning

Hello can i use AF FOAMCLENE FCL300 anti static foam cleaner to clean my aspire v5 keyboard? (contains <5% anionic and non ionic surfactants,Hydroflourocarbon 134a,Butane,isopropane,propanep)
