need help in choosing laptop

Planning to buy a laptop for my high school going kids. I have the following criteria:

1. Screen size 14 inch minimum

2. HDD: 500 GB minimum

3. Optical drive

4. wifi and bluetooth

5. webcam

6. rugged for kids use

7. reasonably fast processor I guess i3 or above

8. reasonable RAM

9. windows 8

10. at least 2 USB drives and spaced apart so that both can be used together

11. at least 2 year on site warranty

12. low Budget price
