I have a laptop Acer Aspire 5738ZG and need to clean the fan. Where do i need to connect the ESD wrist strap to ground my self and prevent damaging the computer inside.

When I open task manager in Windows 8 the CPU utilization is 99% and after one second it goes back to normal usually at 3-5%. Is task manager the problem has some bugs or something else.

Disable the starting at startup option, restore windows to an earlier state with the system restore option and chose a restore point before you installed tune up.

Can i upgrade my acer aspire 5738zg to windows 8 ? I did run the windows 8 upgrade assistant tool and did not returned any incompatibility error with my notebook.
