    <description>&lt;P&gt;Was answered in a differnt thread but is important. If updates fail the first thing to do is to check that the date time and timezone are correct. If they are too far off (not sure how much is too much), the updates will fail. Has caught me a couple of times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
