W700 Volumebutton and lockbutton

Hello, I am using the W700 but the last week there were some updateds for windows, after i restartet my Tablet both buttons didnt work. The Volume up Button always starts the Speach ("Sprachausgabe") and the Lockbutton brings me in the windows were you can deside between shutdown, lock, restart or Taskmenager.

I am sorry for my bad engisch...

Make sure you are running the latest bios version. I think its currently 2.14. They had this issue a while ago but fixed it with bios updates

okay, thanks for the Tip.

The bios updater from the acer support site for my tablet with win8.1 says that i already have the newst bios version.

where can i check my bios version ?

Do a charm bar search for msinfo, that will show you the BIOS version.
