    <description>Hi Dean,&lt;BR /&gt;Please try this:&lt;BR /&gt;Go to systems settings/apps/all&lt;BR /&gt;Search the google play application, tap it, then tap on clear data and clear cache if available.&lt;BR /&gt;Exit to home and run google play again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let me know if your issue is solved.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there, my wife as recently bought me a Acer Iconia One 7 tablet as a early christmas present.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It can get on the internet, and it can down load updates from google, plus google store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But google store will not open, it just shows the loading screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anyone out there that can help me please, with regards to solving this problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your time and co-operation.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dean&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi dude.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks very much for the info regarding my Acer Tablet Iconia one 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not know if the wifi was slightly out of range, as my Tablet took four hours befoe it let me into the google store.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may have been that or it was updating.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But once again many thanks for your info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Whilst i am on here, i just would like to say that the Acer Iconia one 7, is a extremley reliable, and in my opinion, very fast budget tablet, i would recomend this model to any one in the Acer community that is thinking of buying a Tablet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My wife works for a well known store here in England, and it was a bank holiday sale there, with her discount, it was a steal at just under a hundred pounds with extra warrenty.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
