How can I disassemble my keyboard on my Acer Aspire E5-471 (E14 series) ?

Hello,

I recently bought an Acer Aspire E5-471 US version. However, I am finding some trouble using the US keyboard. I am therefore looking for a solution to replace the keyboard to another version of it. However, when I opened the laptop, I haven't found any access to the keyboard. Anyone knows an issue to this problem and more importantly on where to buy another version of the keyboard ? Can I buy it from Acer ?

Could you indicate me the first ten characters of the serial number (see the label sticked on the lower case)?

The part is Top cover+keyboard (30~40USD.

Yes, you can request a quote and place an order from your Acer store in using the customer service form.

In the form:

1- You select in "Please Select a Subject: Other"

2- In "Describe the Problem:", you indicate the S/N.

3- Example:

"Price request for the following spare parts:

- P/N

Etc"

You'll receive a quote by mail (pdf document). You can also phone them.

I'm sorry I should have added this precision : I bought the computer in Hong Kong and currently reside here for the end of the year. Does that change any of the procedure ? I called them two weeks ago, and they told me they were not providing this kind of service. Should I try again ? It seems like every care center should provide this kind of services ?
