Installing Windows 8.1 On Aspire V5-571 Should I Format All Partitions Except 100 MB

I Have bought aspire v5-571 but i want to install Windows 8.1 on it.

What points should i keep in mind and should i format all partitions but 100 mb partition?

And then i have to what about drivers, Do i need to install them again after installing windows 8.1?

I would suggest you to do a system image and recovery media from windows 7, so then you can erase all the partitions and install windows 8.1

with a recovery media and a system image from windows 7, you can revert back to the latest working configuration on your HDD.

just make sure to select all the partition on your HDD.
