No problem, I can find it with an other way.

You'll find the serial number (S/N) in the bios setup utility:

1- Start your laptop

2- When you see the Acer screen, press the key [F2] to enter in this one

3- Note the S/N

4- Exit without save

You'll indicate me the first ten letters/numbers of the serial number. It corresponds to the part number of your laptop.
