has anyone changed their battery?

also is there some extended battery we can but to put in here?

im starting to get less and less time on charges. Had laptop since Nov 2013

Find your model and download the user manual. Read pages 55, 56, 57.

I see you don't have the option to remove the battery while on AC power.

If you need a new battery you have to remove all the screws from the bottom.The 8 screws on the hinge side are longer.Make sure your laptop is unplugged and be wary of static electricity from your body shorting out the electronics.You might want to look that up.

its not that bad, I still get about 2 hours on charges(used to get double that)

but at the same time I was wondering were there some aftermarket battieries that contained more cells/energy to last long

Most searches for a laptop battery turn up many hits. I googled battery for R7-572 and got zilch.I put the search in EBay and got 2 hits. I don't think you will find a battery with more cells/power for this laptop even if it had room for a bigger one.
