&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear that your Switch 10 is not detecting its battery. Rest assured that it does not affect the produt if you charge it while it's on or off. It sounds like you are not doing anything wrong, so I would suggest contacting technical support in your region as it may be something outside of your control.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a brand new Acer Aspire Switch. I tried charging it while I was using it when suddenly it says 'No battery detected.' It's the first time I tried charging it while it is on. Once, when I charged it off, the LED light wasn't on. I pulled off the charger and then back again and the light was on, so I did not pay much attention.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, while I'm using it, it says no battery detected. Help, what should I do. This one's brand new. Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
