      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, i'm facing a problem when trying to burn the factory image to a DVD- RW (verbatim) via Acer eRecovery.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message is : ACER Backup CD burning failed error=1014, this is the third time of try with no success &lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" id="smileysad" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt=":smileysad:" title="Smiley triste" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The laptop is a TravelMate 4060 with windows XP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for answers and advices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes I did I tried with Imation, Ricoh,Verbatim (CD and DVD RW), I think the problem is coming from the burner software associated with eRecovery (NTI old version) because when I want to blank a CD RW or DVD RW before burning it failed also.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;img class="emoticon emoticon-smileysad" id="smileysad" src="http://acer.i.lithium.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-sad.png" alt=":smileysad:" title="Smiley triste" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Finally it was the solution, problem was coming from the initial NTI burner prog. After applying the patch, the burning process with eRecovery ended correctly. Many thanks for you help by sharing this information. Have a nice day.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
