[make sure that its plug in to power]<BR /><BR />If its running on a Win8 or higher OS<BR /><BR />Turn on the computer until you reach the Password page<BR />Once on the password page Press and HOLD the SHIFT button [do not let go]<BR />Click the power icon that you can see on the bottom left of the screen and choose RESTART[do not let go of theSHIFT]<BR />Once machine restart you will enter the Advance option page<BR />Choose Troubleshoot and there you will see the Acer Recovery option.<BR />Click the 1st option to RESTORE the computer</P><P>Let the machine run for 30mins -1 hr.
