ACER Aspire V5-123 very slow

Good day ,

Please can some body help me ,i boought ACER Aspire V5-123 with 2g Ram , 500g HDD and AMD Dual-Core Processor E1-2100(1.0GHz)

It is very slow ,i cannot even install my microsoft office 2007 ,i mean is talking all whole day for the installation.

Please anybody give tell me what to do .but i noticed there is mcAfee that came with it.

Like my Aspire 11.6 laptop I got it was slow too.

On the WIndows 8.1 Logo right click it and select Control Panel. You should be able to remove programs from there.

DONT REMOVE ACER E RECOVERY as if you do , you can't create the backup media anymore and may ruin your system recovery chances. There were Misc items I've removed such as MS Office Trial, Acer Video Player, Acer Picture viewer , ETC.

Remove Mcafee and go with a free solution such as AVG.

You can add more memory. That unit has a max of 4 GB and some owners have been able to use 8 GB.
