v3-772G (with the nVidia 8 series) - still issues???

Well, here I am again more than a month later. Still haven't purchased a new laptop yet. I'm wondering if anyone knows if the new version of the v3-772G series (the new one's with the updated 8 series of the nVidia cards) is still having the same flickering/keyboard/wifi issues or if it has been addressed by Acer.

At this point I'm between the Acer (if the issues have been fixed) or last years model (with a 765 card) of an Asus G750 machine. I prefer all newer but just can't afford to lose time trying to fix bs issues if they arise.

Any thoughts on the new Acer models?

mine Acer V3-772G with GTX850 works fine, bought it 3 weeks ago.

Cool. Thank you for the update. I was hoping the new card would have alleviated some of the concerns.
