Important: I presume that you are using Windows 7.

To start with the troubleshooting, I recommend you to first boot your system in Safe Mode. You can do this by following the instructions mentioned on the below Microsoft support page:
http://windows.microsoft.com/en-in/windows/start-computer-safe-mode#start-computer-safe-mode=windows-7

Once you have booted in Safe Mode, follow the steps below:
1. Click "Start" and go to "My Computer".
2. Right-click on "My Computer" and select "Manage".
3. A "Computer Management" window will come up. In the window, double-click on "Local Users and Groups" located on the left side and then select "Administrator".
4. Right-click on "Administrator" and select "Properties". Now, uncheck the checkbox besides "Account is disabled" option. If the checkbox besides "Account is locked" option is checked, uncheck that too.
5. Click "Ok" and close the computer management window.
6. Restart your computer and try to login in "Normal Mode".

If this does not resolve your issue, I recommend you to contact Acer technical support by referring to the following Acer support page:
http://us.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/service-contact

We did the factory reset from inside Windows, and ended up with a Windows login screen showing "Administrator" and "Other User". (Running the factory reset again using Alt+F10 at bootup got us to the same place.) Clicking "Administrator" gets the message: "Your account has been disabled. Please see your system administrator." Clicking "Other User" gets a prompt for Username and Password. We have tried "admin" and "admin", "admin" and "000000", "Empowering Technology" and "000000", and the username and password in use before the factory reset. None of these have worked. What are we supposed to enter in here? I'm about ready to install Linux on these computers if I can't keep them running on Windows.
