      <title>I HAVE AN ASPIRE V5.  I HAVE TO RESTART TWICE IN ORDER FOR AUDIO TO WORK &amp; SOMETIMES IT STILL WON'T.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just purchased this Acer Aspire V5 &amp;amp; I do like it. &amp;nbsp;I have never had an Acer &amp;amp; I was very leary about getting one. &amp;nbsp;So far, it has been fine. &amp;nbsp;After a couple weeks of navigating Windows 8 (yikes), I noticed that the audio didn't work when I tried to use it on youtube or facebook. &amp;nbsp;After trying for 2 days to get it to work, my daughter &amp;amp; husband also tried. &amp;nbsp;I took it back to where I purchased it &amp;amp; the tech turned it on &amp;amp; viola it worked. &amp;nbsp;I was like what the heck did you do, I have been trying for 2 days. &amp;nbsp;He said well, you had the volumn all the way down. &amp;nbsp;I messed with the volumn &amp;amp; it may have been down but, I really don't think he did anything diffferent than I did. &amp;nbsp;I have spent some time on live chat &amp;amp; they had me do an uninstall of KB2962407. &amp;nbsp;Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can fix this? &amp;nbsp;It would be so much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
