tópico Wireless switches no longer working on 5020 after upgrade from XP to Windows 7 em Notebooks & Netbooks

After using Windows Easy Transfer to save data on an Aspire 5020 notebook I did a clean install of Windows 7, I then updated all the drivers to latest versions and transferred back my data with Easy Transfer. Everything seemed fine except that the wireleass network indicates no connections available. Diagnostics suggest that the Wireless driver is not enabled. The device manager shows that the Broadcomm driver is enabled and working OK. However, the switches on the front of the notebook for Wireless and Bluetooth are unlit and pressing them has no effect.

Is there another driver that I have missed?
