    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently I found my Aspire V7-482PG keyboard is not functioning properly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 keys, which are "a","1","`", and escape, do not respond. I called technical, they said it was hardware issue and they asked me to ship in for examination. I was in need of a laptop so I didn't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Later on I found out that these 4 keys were working some time. When the laptop was turned on, these 4 keys worked but slowly. 3-5 hits would give 1 response. Then after about some time these keys worked perfectly all the way until a point where they all failed. The time frame from start to fail was about 2-3 hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other information: this laptop is only 4 months old. I performed one system refresh due to Windows fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you let me know if this issue is hardware or software and what is your recommended solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hardware issue, can be a bad connection that cause random issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Go for the warranty repair.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
