Acer Recovery Management Won't Open

Hi, I have a Acer Aspire E1-572G-6854.

The Acer Recovery Management won't open. I tryed restarting my computer several times, but it still won't work.

After I clicked Acer Recovery Management, nothing happens. The program won't run.

I just want to create a recovery usb drive. What can I do to make the Acer Recovery Management work? Or, can I download the usb recovery files from acer?

hi....

The recovery media application is not avaliable in downloadble format.

You may try to press and hold the Windows key and tap the Q key on your keyboard, then type Recovery, and click Acer Recovery Management.

If the issue persists, the Acer recovery management files could have been corrupted. You may need to refresh your computer to restore Acer recovery management.

That was the way I get to Acer Recovery Management. Is there any easy way to fix the program?
