Acer E1-771 Second Hard Drive

Hi guys i have just recently bought this laptop and i am wanting to add a second hard drive as there is an empty hard drive bay free. But when i opened the laptop up there does not seem to be any connector for the hard drive to slot in to.

Where can i buy this part or is it even available?

Where can i buy this part and is it needed for the drive to work?

I believe HDD receptacles are integral with the MB in a laptop. Accordingly, I'd have to guess that an extra bay without a receptacle simply means your case can accomodate both single and dual HDD receptacle-equipped motherboards. So unless you could somehow squeeze a dual-drive ribbon adapter in there like those for a desktop dual HDD setup, I think you'd probably need to install a dual receptacle-equipped MB.
