Hi ANTONNN!

Have you tried connecting headphones to your notebook? Try it. If sound comes through the headphones, then it will be an issue with the speakers - perhaps a loose cable.

If there is no sound from headphones and speakers (plus the driver is installed correctly), then there is likely to be an hardware issue

Either way it will need to be returned for repair. Contact Acer support for your region for further help.

Dear Razer Support,

I bought myself an Acer Aspire V3-772G yesterday after installing most of the things I needed, I found out today that my sound ain't working, I'm terribly mad. I bought myself a 1300 EURO notebook and the sound is not working already reinstalled sound drivers etc, nothing helped. I hope you can help me out in this case as I'm furious regarding this new expensive notebook. I bought it for my university and can't even use it to listen video's about my study course.

Dear Regards,

Anton

In hope you get really soon back to me !!!

Tried plugging in headphones through audio jacket (so not USB) and gives no sound. I'm dissaponted in Acer's service. A brand new 1300€ Laptop. Won't ever buy one again. Please give me all the possible problems and solutions I could use before going back to the store.

It's really unlucky for you to have spent €1300 and it to have a fault, but these things unfortunately happen

OK, in the first instance, return it back to the store you bought it from, and explain that there is no sound from the speakers & headphones. Also explain that you have reinstalled the drivers to no avail. Depending on the stores policy, they may exchange it for you.

Or they may ask you to contact Acer support for your country, who will collect and repair your notebook.

The V3 is actually a great notebook, and is worth perservering with.

Let us know how you get on!
