R7-571 screen auto rotate not working

I noticed that lately my screen auto rotate does not work when I flip the screen upside down. The auto rotate switch is on (Start+O). Using windows 8.

Any suggestions....it is embrassing when you flip the screen to discuss something to friends sitting opposite of you and it still looks upside down to them.

I think this would rely on an Ezel program for its function, rather than a standard Windows service.

I have a couple of Ezel processes running under my Task Manager, including EzelSVC and EzelSensorBehavior. Can you check if those are running on yours?

Problem solved. Brought over to acer singapore service centre and the kind tech did a screen calibration and the rotation works fine now. I brought my S7 to the svc ctr because of touch screen prob (bios updated...see post on ultrathin) and because the tech was warm and forthcoming, I asked him about the rotation prob (I was carrying the R7...my working pc) and he took a look at it...did the calibration plus updated the bios. Kudos to the tech.
