Need Smallest Laptop WITH an Optical Drive

I need a laptop, smaller than 13" and weighing a few pounds or less, WITH an optical drive, that plays DVD's. So please let me know the SMALLEST laptop u have that has an optical drive. It seems this is like impossible to find, and I would really hate to look at Dell and HP because they are horrible companies. Thank you.

I had a similar need, and picked up an external USB blu-ray drive instead. If you only need DVD, they could be as little as US$20, while external BDROMs start from about US$45.

So basically u r saying it doesnt exit? Getting an external is probably way down the list of my solutions since this is for travel, then just might get the Lenovo 13.3 inch, which is pretty light, but just looking for something smaller. Someone suggested getting a small macbook with the slot dvd and installing Windows in there, might be a thought.

Oh, I didn't spend too much time looking. Having an internal optical drive was a want, not a need, for me. I'd have been sacrificing in more important areas if I'd needed the drive. Getting the external USB BR drive meant I could use it with my new laptop, my old laptop, and other PCs, but wouldn't have to carry it around with me if I didn't need it (which so far I haven't).

I'm not saying optical drives don't exist in small laptops - just that when I looked at this alternative, I was surprised by how cheap and useful it would be.
