my new acer aspire E1-571 SERIAL no***** is stolen in travelling can you trace out my laptops. i am MBA studend and my all notes my data is stored in laptops. witout my laptops my study is so affected .please try to find out my laptops.

i do not think acer have a way to 'trace' a computer

that has to be on system before it goes missing

I would like to report the laptop I have registered with Acer as stolen, and register the used Acer I bought as a replacement, but I find that my Acer account is disabled so I can't log in. How do I fix that?

Resnikda, you can contact our support team with your new serial number. They'll register the product for you.

How do you report a stolen laptop? I've tried to do a Chat but it will not work. One of the laptops I have listed on my account was stolen 08.18.2014, I have a police report but just need to get the information to Acer.
