&lt;P&gt;I looked on&amp;nbsp;one support site of microsoft which says one should install Windows6.1-KB982018-v3-x64, but this update was already installed.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Next I turned to Acer Backup Manager. With that I've made a backup file and a Bootable DVD. When I boot with this DVD I have no access to my external Seagate USB hard drive.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have copied the backup files to the local harddisk, but when I open the cal file of this backup I cannot select a destination where to restore my files.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Does anybody know what I need to do so I can at least perform a Full Windows Backup?&lt;/P&gt;
