My Hard drive died and I don't have a Vista Home premium, I do have a stamp with the Key of the OS.

I called Microsoft and they say that the only one that can provide me with that OS is the Supplier. What can I do to DOWNLOAD the OS for my Acer Aspire M1610

You can order the eRecovery media DVDs from your Acer Customer Service or your Acer store.

You can't download this one.
