Try the instructions located at http://acer--uk.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/26607. Acer uses standard bluetooth protocols and we do not have a listing of compatible devices. You can use the Windows compatibility center to make sure it is compatible. Are you getting any errors, or can you provide specific troubleshooting you have tried, and we may be able to better assist.

Once again,I have enabled bluetooth on the computer. It has given me confirmation that my bluetooth headset has been connected and paired, but the sound still comes out of my computer speakers instead of my headset. I have explained this a couple times already.

Again, my question is--How do I find out whether my headset is compatible with this computer?

Acer does not test all third party devices such as bluetooth headsets with our hardware, so we can't guarantee compatibility. There are many BT device manufacturers in the market place, with new ones coming out daily, so we are unable to test or guarantee third party hardware compatibility. We do not have a recommendation on a bluetooth headset or a listing of compatible devices. I really recommend you contact the manufacturer of the headset to see if they have any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue.
