tópico HDMI cable does not send signal to monitor em Desktops & All-In-Ones

I have a predator G desktop which i bought new in Jan 2013 and has worked fine. However my monitor now says no signal when I use it. I think there may be a fault with HDMI port? My HDMI cable works fine with other gadgets so it is not the cable. Please help.

je,

If the cable is not the problem, have you tried another monitor or tried that monitor with another device to determine it is working? If the monitor is working, then it may be a problem with the graphics card or HDMI port. In this case it would require service and I would recommend you contacting technical support in your region for assistance.

It is not the monitor and we have been told it is the HDMI port and card. I'm so disappointed that an Acer product has only lasted for 15 months before breaking down.
