Try a recovery by following the below stes:

Note: During this process, all your personal data files and applications will be lost. Ensure that, you backup all files before performing this option.

Locate the keys - Alt (to the left of the space bar) and F10 (on the top row of keyboard).

Restart the computer.

As soon as the computer restarts, press and hold the Alt key and then keep tapping the F10 key.
You will see "Windows is loading files" message on the screen.

If the next screen displays "Boot Manager" at the top, press the enter key to continue. It will briefly appear as if

Windows is beginning to load, displaying a message "Please wait a moment".

When the next screen loads, select "Restore System from Factory Default".

If it does not work, you need to purchase the recovery discs to install Windows.

I have an Acer X1920 had left it on to long and got into a cycle of "computer fixes" so did a system restore which stopped at 2% and would not budge even after 20+ hours

Did a system recovery management and now I'm on to the loop of "Windows could not complete the installation. To install Windows on this computer, restart the installation"

I cannot get into the BIOS as it goes straight to the "Windows could not complete" again.

What else can I do?
