Hi ag

Try using a different HDMI cable, it sounds as if the one you have is at fault. Also, try the PC on a different monitor, just to rule out an issue with that!

If after swapping the cables and trying a different monitor the problem persists, then the fault lies with the PC. If it is only a few days old, contact the store you bought it from.

I have just got this new computer but it won't switch on. I''ve connected the mouse and keyboard to the tower, also the monitor with the monitorHDMI cable. The power is on but only a hazy screen. What else should I do? I would really appreciate some assistance.

ag
