Revo RL 100 I updated to windows 8 and the Elan mouse/keyboard wireless touch pad doesn't work.

I upgrade this pc into OS windows 8, initially worked every thing but after the first upgrade of windows 8 the Elantech mouse and keyboard Bluetooth touch pad stop working is more it disappear from the device manager, I found the MTP Device cant start because has driver problems. Some body knows where to find a driver for this device, or how to fix this issue.

Have you checked our Downloads and Maunals page for this model? If you have and there are no drivers listed for Windows 8/8.1 then that operating system is not supported on this system. The issue you are describing is a compatibility issue with Windows 8/8.1 as the device manager is not able to identify the installed devices.

Yes I checked, for my model only shows drivers for windows 7 not windows 8 I was able to use that pc in his full capability for only one year, because after I upgraded I found that specific model works only for windows 7 and is not support for the 8. I'm realy disapointed how Acer create a pc without possibilities to upgrade it, since the upgrade I'm looking the way to make that device work.
