tópico Acer registration problem em Desktops & All-In-Ones

Can't register a new desktop purchased through Walmart. Acer does not recognize the Serial ID, despite multiple attempts and using the exact number showing in AcerID folder. Have tried several times. The other responses on the forum for registration problem show a website that doesn't work. Broken link... What is wrong with Acer? I have never encountered that with other manufacturers.

Please help. Thanks in advance.
