Hover over a network for a couple of seconds to see what security type it uses and its wireless protocol.

It is coming up No Connection. Help page is saying that a wire or line is broken so is not connecting to the wireless network.

I will unplug everything, put in a new microfilter to the phone line and see if that helps.

And check all of my wires and cables.

Thank you for your help, I will come back if I am still having problems.

Thumberlina.
