&lt;P&gt;A hard drive will continue to spin while applications are reading or writing from/to the disk.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you look at the applications you have running, you may be able to determine which applications would be doing this and isolate the issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
