Media reader

I have a Predator G3620 that is out of warranty. I never used the digital media reader until today. The device does not show up in explorer but if I use administrative management/computer management/disk management it appears with a letter of the device data showing as raw. If I try to display using explorer and the letter of the device it says inset media. It's a little confusing. I assume that software for this type device is missing or is part of Windows Media Center or other software. I do not see any drivers or software listed on the ACER site that is applicable. Does anyone know what device and or software is needed?

Good day

Do a bios update to the latest bios. If you do that and the problem is not resolved, you will need to format and reload the machine as there is no drivers available for the media reader. The driver is contained within Windows.

Regards,

Freeza
