This time when I booted up & hit f2 for set up it did not ask for a password, went straight to the bios config so I can change the boot order to boot from cd/DVD rom drive. Found tutorial & video on YouTube. Not hard, just a little risky, & scary if you don't know what your doing. Black screen, cursor upper left corner. Also wont allow me into BIOS to change boot order to run system restore discs. Password keeps failing, I never set BIOS password. Then after 3 failed try's it says system will lock & goes back to the black screen. I can't get out of the loop to recover Windows7.
