when I open this app it reports "you hve to assign Cloud PC first. So, how do I do that?

This is convenient, you can set up any one of your used PC as the Cloud PC, as long as the system is Windows 7 or 8. Such Acer apps let mobile devices reading the contents stored by PC through the wireless network.

So the music files loaded by this app are from the Cloud PC, and the Cloud PC is equivalent to a storage space storing your files such as music, video, photo, etc.
