Geforce GT 640M could not find compatible graphics hardware

Hello,

I have this problem.
I buy computer Acer aspire V3-571G with geforce gt 640m 2gb in this computer was vista so i reinstalled Windows 7 x64 and all working good ,but after 1 year (today) I formated my HDD disk and from begining installed Win7 x64 and downloaded from acer page drivers and try install nothink :/ after what i download a new Nvidia driver pack 331.82( i tryed all nvidia drivers what I found but nothink ) from official site and try install but to me write after when Nvidia Graphics driver system checks -> This graphics driver could not find compatible graphics hardwar. <- How it be?
And when i open in new installed win7 device manager to me write this:

I tryed all driver finder software ,tryed self search in forums but nothink can't find what could help me.

Plz help ,because i can't do anythink lagging every sec :/
