Does warenty still count if you but the computer from atnother dealer? the comp is an acer aspire v5 573g

If the computer you bought was brand new, then yes, the warranty still counts.

If it was bought second hand, then the warranty no longer applies - it "belongs" to the original owner.

Reconditioned laptops usually come with a reduced form of warranty, which is usually supplied by the store themselves.
